TUITION AND FEE PAYMENT OPTIONS

Edgewood Academy has partnered with FACTS Student and Tuition Management System (SIS) for collection of tuition, fees, and other incidentals.  Payment plan is selected during the online enrollment process. Payment options include the following:  Annual, semester and monthly payments.  Payments not made in full are paid by automatic draft with flexible draft dates. Discount is available for tuition paid in full.

  1. All fees, except for the registration fee, can be paid on the same payment schedule as tuition payments. 
  2. Tuition includes one yearbook per family. Families will have the option to purchase additional copies of the yearbook later in the school year. 
  3. *The Academic/Activity Fee includes textbooks, workbooks, online curriculum, technology and lab fees, student insurance and admittance into regular season home athletic events for each registered student.
  4. **The Athletic Fee is paid once each year and is only charged if the student participates in an athletic activity. JV/Varsity Level Athletic fee includes basic Spirit Pack requirements (excluding shoes).
  5. Classes, clubs, electives and athletics may require additional fees and/or dues and will be billed through your FACTS account as an "Incidental" charge.
  6. Onsite After School Care (ASC) is available for an additional fee. An additional application is required.
  • $15 Family Registration Fee
  • $110 Per Month for Pick Up by 4:00 PM (Part-time)
  • $180 Per Month for Pick Up from 4:00-5:45 PM (Full-time)
  • $10 for Drop-In until 4:00.  $15 for Drop-In 4:00-5:45
  1. All other Incidental fees and charges will be billed and paid through your FACTS account. This includes after school care, cafeteria, field trips, etc.

A convenience fee of 3% will be charged on any credit /debit card transactions.
